    Concentrated omega-3 tryglycerides (from pacific pollack), gelatine, humectant (glycerol), water, d-alpha-tocopherol concentrate, soybean/sunflower oil (carrier oils in mixed and concentrated tocopherols). E306 IP Certified natural mixed tocopherols (0.15% contained in the omega-3 concentrate as antioxidants).

Effect on the body

EPA and DHA
Contribute to the normal function of the heart¹. Replacing saturated fatty acids with monounsaturated and/or polyunsaturated fatty acids (such as EPA and DHA) in the diet contributes to maintaining normal blood pressure².

DHA
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal triglyceride levels³ in the blood.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision⁴.

Vitamin E
Contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
